Return of goods

Return of goods is possible only on the day of receipt of the order and only in the event of a manufacturing defect.

To process a return, the buyer must, on the day of receipt of the goods:

* report a detected defect;

* provide photo or video confirmation of the defect;

* keep the product in its original form, without traces of use, with packaging and all accessories.

Goods of proper quality are not returned.

Goods that have been used or damaged due to wear, improper storage, or mechanical impact after receipt are not eligible for return.

The prepayment for the product is non-refundable, as it covers the costs of logistics services, order processing, and reserving the size for the buyer.

Exchange of goods

Exchange is possible if the product does not fit in size, color or other characteristics, as well as if a manufacturing defect is detected.

Exchange is carried out provided that the product has not been used, its presentation, packaging and completeness have been preserved.

The buyer can exchange the goods for:

* a different size or color of the same model;

* another product from the available assortment (with the possibility of additional payment or partial crediting of the cost).

The terms and conditions of the exchange are agreed individually.

International orders

Returns are not accepted for international orders.

Exchange of international orders is possible only with prior approval and provided that the product's appearance is preserved.

All costs associated with international shipping (including re-delivery, customs duties, and other fees) are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of disputes, the legislation of Ukraine shall apply.
